Stringism is an informational website about the Stringism framework. If you need to contact us about this policy or about your data, use the contact details published on the site or the administrator email associated with the project.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the website and respond to requests.
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content when you choose to contact us.
- Admin account data: email address and password hash for people who sign in to manage the site.
- Session data: a signed authentication cookie for logged-in administrators.
- Uploaded files: images uploaded by administrators for use in site content.
How we use that data
We use contact form data to reply to messages and keep a record of the conversation if needed. We use admin account and session data to authenticate site editors and protect the management interface. We use uploaded files only to display or manage site content.
How data moves through the site
Contact form messages are sent through Resend so that they can reach the site owner. Uploaded images are stored on the site server. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on the site.
Cookies
The public site does not rely on tracking cookies. The admin area sets a single session cookie so an administrator can stay signed in. That cookie is secure, http-only, and expires automatically after a limited period.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a basic project record. Admin account data is retained while an account is active. Uploaded images remain on the server until an administrator removes them or replaces the related content. Session cookies expire automatically after about one week.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share contact messages only with the email delivery service used to route them to the site owner. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the site.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the contact form. If you have submitted a message or have a question about stored data, you can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts using new tools, cookies, or processing steps, this policy will be updated to match the actual behavior of the site.
